Return Eligibility

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You have received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective or not functioning as expected.

Return Timeline

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items returned after the 7-day period.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers may need to bear the return shipping charges.
