Return Eligibility
The product is damaged during delivery.
You have received the wrong product.
The product is defective or not functioning as expected.
Return Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all
accessories/manuals included.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Items returned after the 7-day period.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the
refund approval.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store
credit.
Replacement Policy
If you prefer, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement depends on stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping
cost.
For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers may need to bear the return
shipping charges.
